AKA "Brown butter brown sugar espresso snickerdoodle butterscotch sauce bars"
Invented by Valerie of Une Gamine Dans La Cuisine, the original recipe can be found here. These 'blondies' are quite as ridiculous as their name(s). They're absolutely delicious, moist and gooey and sweet and tasty, but they're also a little bit intense (see 'dense' and 'sweet'). You're going to want to eat the whole batch, but honestly I'll be impressed if you can manage more than two.
