Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients

tortillas (4?)
butter
cinnamon sugar

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF
  2. Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter
  3. Cover one side of each tortilla with cinnamon sugar
  4. Use pizza cutter to slice each tortilla in 6 -ish wedges
  5. Put prepared wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes

These come from a recipe for cinnamon tortilla chips and fruit salsa. Basically, make fruit salad (the more colours the merrier! Try for one fruit each for red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.) and eat it with these chips. They're sooooooo simple and yet really lovely to eat. Plus you can adjust how sweet or simple you want them. I haven't yet done so, but it's occurred to me that these would be great for a sudden craving for a sweet something.
